Shipments

Packages are generally shipped within two store business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. We provide you with a link to track your package online. The transit time depends on the delivery address.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Boxes are amply sized, and your items are well protected. All packages are shipped with insurance included for your protection.

If an item arrives damaged, email us at info@europafinegifts.com within 5 business days of receipt with photos of the damaged item, the outside of the shipping box, and the inside packaging. These photos are required to file a claim. Please retain all packaging until a claim has been resolved.
