Shipments

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally shiped within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature.  We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. All packages are shipped with insurance included for your protection.

Free Shipping

Orders of $100 or more shipped to a location within the contiguous United States qualify for free economy shipping. Free shipping is also available for other shipping options, please refer to the information below for details.

Shipping Options (contiguous USA)

Economy is available for shipments to the contiguous US addresses only. Economy orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days after the order is placed. The transit time depends on the delivery address. Economy orders are shipped by USPS or UPS using the least expensive service available. Economy orders qualify for free shipping over $100.
Standard is available for all shipments to anywhere in the world. Standard orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days after the order is placed. The transit time depends on the delivery address. Standard orders are shipped by UPS Ground, USPS Parcel or Priority Mail.
