Welsh Love Spoon - Key to My Heart

This decorative love spoon was handcarved in southern Wales from lime wood. This "Key to My Heart" love spoon makes a great gift for a wedding or housewarming!

The custom of carving and giving Welsh love spoons as tokens of love originated in the rural areas of Wales hundreds of years ago; the earliest known example is from 1667. 

Since each love spoon is carved by hand, they vary slightly in size and shape.
